The £5.6m CAT A & B fit-out at Farrington Park, undertaken for Victorian Plumbing, was a landmark retail development aimed at addressing the needs of a growing and dynamic commercial sector. The project required the creation of a robust infrastructure to support Victorian Plumbing’s operations, ensuring functionality, energy efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
This new build development was tailored to provide both an exceptional operational environment for the client and an enhanced experience for their customers. Its completion marks a pivotal step in future-proofing the retail hub, reinforcing Victorian Plumbing’s position as a leader in their market.
Implementation
Cronshaw Electrical coordinated the installation of high-voltage infrastructure upgrades, architectural lighting, Solar PV systems, and EV charging stations. Advanced fire safety systems, including VESDA fire alarm coverage, were also integrated to enhance safety. The team maintained rigorous planning and flexibility to overcome complex challenges, ensuring all installations were completed to the highest standards.
